Brick Mansions Passes

In one of Paul Walker’s last cinematic performances…

In a dystopian Detroit, abandoned brick mansions left from better times now house only the most dangerous criminals. Unable to control the crime, the police constructed a colossal containment wall around this area to protect the rest of the city. For undercover cop Damien Collier (Paul Walker), every day is a battle against corruption. For Lino (David Belle), every day is a fight to live an honest life. Their paths never should have crossed, but when drug kingpin Tremaine (RZA) kidnaps Lino’s girlfriend, Damien reluctantly accepts the help of the fearless ex-convict, and together they must stop a sinister plot to devastate the entire city. With stylized action featuring thrilling Parkour stunts (David Belle is the co-founder of this physical training discipline), Brick Mansions puts an entertaining twist on the action genre. The film is opening on Friday, April 25th.

The Movie Scene Queen is hosting a special screening of the movie on Wednesday, April 23 at 7:30PM at the South Side Works theater. For two tickets, please comment below with your favorite Paul Walker moment.

  1. My favorite Paul Walker moment would have to be when he played in all the “Fast & Furious” movies – all of them.. I’m so going to miss him dearly. Such a beautiful person who had so much more to offer, but lived a short life.. During his time here, he’s truly made an outstanding impact on his audieance/fans.. Love Him Dearly!

  6. My favorite Paul Walker role would have to be his in joy ride. Perfect action and thriller combination.

  7. Loved Hours and how he became a man in that telling is baby over and over that they are going to be ok.

  8. One of my favorites was on his movie “the Skulls” when he thought everyone was spying on them on school

  9. Love Paul Walker & the Fast & Furious series. But my favorite moment would have to in the first movie after his first race when he says with a huge smile, “I almost had you.” Classic Paul Walker all the way!

  10. Favorite paul walker moment was in joy ride the whole back and forth with rusty nail on the cb radio.

  11. i liked him in fast and furious was a wonderful actor looking forward to seeing him in his new movie

  12. My slight, who am I kidding, immense obsession started back when he wasn’t even staring in She’s All That. Since then the obsession has grown and I was terribly upset to hear bout the accident. The industry lost an amazing man. Regardless if I’m chosen for the screening I will be viewing this movie.

  13. Takers would probably be my favorite. When they were driving off at the end and asks “Are we Okay?” But I enjoyed him in all the fast and furious movies.

  14. Fast and furious series. In the first movie When he taunted Vince and got Mia to agree to go on a date with him.
