Our Brand Is Crisis Passes

A Bolivian presidential candidate failing badly in the polls enlists the firepower of an elite American management team, led by the deeply damaged but still brilliant strategist “Calamity” Jane Bodine (Bullock). In self-imposed retirement following a scandal that earned her nickname and rocked her to her core, Jane is coaxed back into the game for the chance to beat her professional nemesis, the loathsome Pat Candy (Thornton), now coaching the opposition.

Warner Brothers Pictures and Movie Scene Queen will host a special screening of Our Brand is Crisis beginning at 7:30 PM on Monday, Oct. 26 at AMC Waterfront.22.  Please comment below with your favorite Sandra Bullock moment.  Although I thoroughly enjoyed The Blind Side (2009), the funnier side of Sandra Bullock is always more enjoyable– Miss Congeniality (2000) and Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (2005).

Much Love,

Movie Scene Queen

  1. In The Proposal when Sandra’s character was holding the dog up for the birds to get so they would drop her phone!

  2. She is great at any movie that she does! My favorites are: The Heat, Miss Congeniality, and Gravity. Would love to see this movie

  3. As the lonely Chicago Transit Authority Token Taker, Lucy Eleanor Moderatz, who finally finds family, love, and happiness in “While You Were Sleeping” (1995), as well as overcoming all odds as Dr. Ryan Stone in “Gravity” (2013).

  4. Wow is really hard to decide which movie is my favorite. If I must lol its a toss up between Miss. Congenality & The Heat. I love her characters.

  5. She was to much with Melissa McCartney in the Heat; Great in Bridesmaids; and wonderful in The Blindside. I have enjoyed all of them.

  6. When she’s dancing in the woods and singing “Get Low” with Betty White in The Proposal. Also that entire movie.
